(no subject)

i'm flaring

i'm in so much pain i can barely move and just want to scream and cry and have someone hold me
but i can't
too much energy i dont have to scream and cry, and that uses muscles taht HURT
and no one to hold me at the moment

although i have a few people I'd love to have here right now :) most of you know who you are... a couple don't, and one I'm not sure i'd want here right now anyway. but whatever

time to go snuggle down under my blankets because I feel like HELL
