CHICAGO (Reuters) - Four Illinois pharmacists have sued U.S. drugstore chain Walgreen Co., saying they were wrongly fired for refusing to dispense the "morning-after" emergency contraceptive pill.
This'll be one to watch...
My thoughts, based solely on this article, is that Walgreens did what they could (short of offering daytime shifts, and reshuffling who covers nights. But senority might not have allowed that) to keep these people employed AND follow IL law.
