I totally meant to post this is food_porn, but whatever:

I have some yellowtail tuna sashimi. What should I have with it? I've never made this at home before. The tuna is supposedly ready to eat, so I should just be able to slice it and serve with whatever, right? and if so, what do i serve it with? if i need to do anything else to the tuna, what?
